Over the past two decades, he has built a career rooted in bringing people together through food, earning national recognition while helping shape Chicago's dining scene.
As Culinary Director and Partner at Table at Crate, Bill brings his signature approach to every dish: approachable, vibrant, and inspired by the diverse cultures and neighborhoods that have influenced his journey. Whether introducing guests to a new flavor combination or reimagining a familiar favorite, his cooking celebrates curiosity, connection, and the joy of sharing a meal.

Chef Jeremy Pyrzynski brings a thoughtful, ingredient-driven approach to the kitchen, shaped by years of experience in some of Chicago's most respected culinary programs. As Executive Chef of Table at Crate, he oversees the culinary vision, creating menus that celebrate the seasons while balancing comfort, creativity, and approachability.
